Frequently asked
questions.
Everything you need to know about letting a private parking space at Union Quay.
01Is Union Quay a public car park?+
No. Union Quay is a private car park and does not operate as a public pay-and-display facility. Spaces are let individually to customers.
02Will I have my own parking space?+
Yes. Each customer is allocated an individual space, giving you the certainty of a dedicated place whenever you arrive.
03When can I access the car park?+
Customers have access 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to the terms of their parking agreement.
04Where is the car park?+
We are at 1 Copley Street, Cork, T12 XTY3, close to South Mall, City Hall and Cork city centre.
05How much does a space cost?+
A standard space starts from €2,700 plus VAT per year. You can choose monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual billing. Each option totals the same annual price and is subject to availability and rental terms.
06Is there a minimum rental period?+
Yes. To provide customers with the certainty of a dedicated space, licences are arranged for a minimum term of 12 months. Monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual billing options remain available; the billing frequency does not shorten the 12-month minimum licence term. Our team will be happy to explain the simple arrangements when you enquire.
07Can a company let several spaces?+
