We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss space availability and terms, take steps towards a parking agreement where requested, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell your personal information. Portal information is also used to verify customers, show the correct account records and respond to maintenance, access and complaint reports.

We process enquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers and operating our business.

5. Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and meet our legal or business obligations. Enquiries submitted through the website are processed by FormSubmit (Devro LABS), our form-delivery provider, and are emailed to Union Quay Car Park. FormSubmit states that submitted form data is retained in its submission archive for up to 30 days. Other information may be handled by trusted service providers that support our website or communications, subject to appropriate safeguards. Our secure portal uses Supabase to provide authentication, database and private file storage services.
